Orders and cancellation

All orders can be cancelled if it’s been less than 15 minutes since they have been placed.

After 15 minutes, we begin to process the order and it can’t be cancelled. This includes times when we have a sale.

If you decide you don’t want something after this time, you can ask for changes by emailing us or sending a WhatsApp message to  +19513315795

Refunds

Please contact us about refunds, we do not accept returns simply because this is a skin and hair care business.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
